Terms of Service

1. Role of the platform

Otomedik is a vehicle listing and discovery marketplace in Türkiye and forwards rental booking requests.

• We are not a party to vehicle sale contracts.
• We are not a party to vehicle rental contracts; accepting a request does not mean the rental fee is collected on Otomedik.
• We are not a party to repair jobs; the repair vertical is a directory plus messaging.

Vehicle, rental and repair fees are settled between the user and the business.

Fees for digital services bought from Otomedik (such as listing promotion) are collected through the licensed payment institution PAYTR. Those sales are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement, Delivery and Shipping and Cancellation and Returns terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the platform. Business accounts must be opened by people authorised to act for that business.

3. Accounts

Account types: individual, dealer, rental company, repair service. You register with email/password or Google. Some features stay unavailable until the profile is completed.

You are responsible for account security. False information, impersonation or fake accounts are prohibited.

An administrator may disable or delete an account. Deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy.

4. Listings

Listings may be for sale or for rent. The lister is responsible for accuracy. Otomedik is not obliged to pre-moderate listings and may remove misleading listings or restrict accounts.

By publishing a listing you licence that content for display on the platform.

5. Vehicle sales

A vehicle sale is between buyer and seller. Otomedik does not collect the vehicle price, manage delivery, or act on inspections, title or notary formalities. Parties resolve disputes between themselves.

6. Vehicle rentals

Rental companies publish fleet and availability. A user picks dates and sends a booking request. The company may accept or decline; unanswered requests may expire.

Acceptance is not a paid rental on Otomedik and does not by itself conclude the rental contract. Deposit, licence, age and handover rules belong to the company. A quote on the platform is not a guaranteed tariff.

7. Repair and service providers

Repair services are found via directory profiles and messaging. The platform does not run job orders or collect repair fees. Service fees are settled between the user and the shop.

8. Bookings

Booking requests exist only for rental listings and require a signed-in individual account. Final rental terms remain between the company and the user.

9. Digital services

Listing promotion and similar digital packages are sold by Otomedik. Delivery is electronic; there is no physical shipping. Conditions are in the Distance Sales Agreement, Delivery and Shipping and Cancellation and Returns pages.

10. User-generated content

Listing text, photos, profiles, staff info, messages and reviews are your content. You must not publish illegal, defamatory, misleading or infringing content. The platform may remove content.

11. Messaging

Messages are visible only to the thread participants. Spam, fraud and threats are prohibited. Otomedik may access messages for a legal request or security.

12. Reviews

A review includes a rating and comment; the author’s profile name is published. Write honestly about your own experience. Fake reviews are prohibited.

13. Prohibited activities

Fake listings or identity, stolen vehicles, unauthorised data collection, unauthorised system access, using someone else’s account, malware and fraud are prohibited.

14. Fraud and misrepresentation

A verified-member display does not mean Otomedik guarantees the vehicle or the transaction. Users must assess counterparties themselves. You may report suspicious behaviour.

15. Intellectual property

The Otomedik brand and interface belong to Otomedik or its licensors. By uploading content you represent you have the right to publish it and licence display on the platform.

16. Platform limitations

The service is provided as is. Uninterrupted uptime, listing accuracy or that a counterparty will perform are not guaranteed. Otomedik is not liable for outages of third-party services.

17. Suspension and termination

An account may be disabled or deleted for breach, legal risk or security. You may request deletion via the privacy contact channel.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Otomedik is not liable for disputes between users over sale, rental or repair, nor for indirect loss. Mandatory consumer rights remain.

19. Third-party services

Sign-in, maps and the payment institution operate under their own terms. The Privacy Policy describes transfers.

20. Changes to the service and these terms

Version 1.0, effective 2026-09-18. New registrations accept the current version if the terms change.

21. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Denizli courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Service address: Denizli / Pamukkale
